Restylane Lyft vs. Voluma for cheeks?

These two products are very similar. I personally like Lyft better, but that is purely a personal opinion and has to do with how it flows out of the syringe. You will get similar results with both. As far as longevity I find it to be negligible between the two products. I have had a few cases of post injection later onset inflammation (which we treated without issue) with voluma.Fat transfer is your third option. Possible research that a bit more. Hi @AnnaMChi! Restylane Lyft and Voluma do a great job adding volume and lifting the midface. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.

Both of the products you mentioned do a very good job in adding lift and volume to the midface. More important than the filler used is the experience and expertise of the doctor that administers your injections. As long as you are working with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, you should see a very good result with either of these products. 

Both Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma are great hyaluronic acid fillers used for cheek augmentation. They restore volume in the midface to give a more lifted appearance. Voluma is marketed to last up to 2 years, while Lyft is marketed to last up to 1 year. Filler selection depends on the injector's evaluation of the patient. Always consult an experienced injector before undergoing any procedures.

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This is a great question. Both Restylane Lyft and Voluma are great fillers for enhancing the cheek area. In my experience, Restylane Lyft provides more lift and structure, whereas Voluma provides a smoother result. Voluma also tends to last a little longer. You would need an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which filler would be more appropriate for your goals. Keep in mind, a great injector can provide an excellent result using any of these fillers. Best wishes.

Either of Restylane Lyft or Juvederm Voluma are indicated for the cheeks. Both should give you nice results. Besides the product however it is important that you select and experienced injector for your treatment. Discuss your concerns and treatment goals with her/him and review before/after photos. All are important factors to get to the results you want.

Both of these fillers work exceptionally well to replace lost volume in the midface area.  Voluma can last upwards of two years, whereas Lyft lasts usually one year. 

Both products are good, but if you want more natural and near permanent results consider autologous fat grafting.  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. I don't care what the company says about the longevity of each filler. The longevity depends on the individual patient and the reaction of the body to the filler. I have patients with Perlane (Lyft) in the face for more than 20 years, I have never seen a patient with volume for more than 1 year.The choice should be ultimately made by you.Good luck from NYC.
