Restylane Lyft vs. Voluma for cheeks?

These two products are very similar. I personally like Lyft better, but that is purely a personal opinion and has to do with how it flows out of the syringe. You will get similar results with both. As far as longevity I find it to be negligible between the two products. I have had a few cases of post injection later onset inflammation (which we treated without issue) with voluma.Fat transfer is your third option. Possible research that a bit more. Both of the products you mentioned do a very good job in adding lift and volume to the midface. More important than the filler used is the experience and expertise of the doctor that administers your injections. As long as you are working with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, you should see a very good result with either of these products.
