Caleb. Your nose looks fine to me, as long as you have no trouble breathing through your nose, it does not appear that you require any treatment. You may consider a Lip Augmentation with fillers like Juvéderm ultra plus to enhance the size of your lips. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to explore the best options for you. Good luck.
You look fine, but if you’d like to improve your looks, you could make some changes that would give you less of a recessed chin and a stronger profile. Volbella or another lip filler would even out the asymmetry in your lips. Voluma or Sculptra can be used to create a nonsurgical chin augmentation that would bring your chin onto the same plane as your lips. The augmentation could last for up to two years. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist who’s an expert at working with the male face will get you the best results.
Hello and thank you for your question. To create a more balanced look to the face, the chin and bottom lip should align when looking from the profile. To achieve this, we use injectable fillers (i.e. Radiesse, Voluma, etc.) to bring out the chin. Filler can be used around the chin and jawline as well to sharpen the lower facial region and create a stronger look. Depending on what your goals are, we can also add a bit into the lip area to enhance the size and shape a bit. I suggest making an appointment for an in-person consultation with an experienced injector to go over your goals and decide what other areas may be of interest to you.
Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns. I hope this helps.
Dear Caleb96:Looking at your photos, I would recommend in office consultation with an expert injector who can perform thorough assessment especially with regards to measuring facial angles, ratios etc so as to give you the best aesthetic results possible. Wishing you all the best.
Thank you for your question. Voluma will lift and contour your cheeks. This hyaluronic acid dermal filler will make your cheeks look full and youthful again. You will be able to hold your head up high and take on whatever comes your way with newfound confidence. Also you can look into Bellafill, it is approved for the correction of facial wrinkles known as nasolabial folds, or smile lines. Best of luck!
n Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years. From the photo, your cheeks are flat, the chin is weak, the lips are thin and the nasal tip is wide. When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin". Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face. Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck. Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision. I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut segments of bone). I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone. In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery. A closed Rhinoplasty (tip-pasty) can this and refine the nasal tip. The lips, cheeks and mandibular angles can be augmented using precise placement of a dermal filler or using silastic implants (not the jaw as they have too many unwanted side effects...so we prefer using a dermal filler).Hope this helps.
You can use hyaluronic-acid based dermal fillers such as Volbella, Juvederm and Restylane to make your lips look larger and even create the illusion of more width. However, the actual opening of your mouth remains the same. If you’re unhappy with your looks, consulting with a board-certified d...
Fillers can be used for fuller thicker lips and sometimes for a better definition of lip border. adding volume to the lips can make them look wider (in general) but if you want to make the lips longer then there is a minor surgery that can be done to lengthen the lips
Hello! I do not recommend using tanning beds at all. If you do go though, please cover your lips so the tanning bed UV exposure does not affect them. Best Of luck!!!
