How can I get pseudo bursa removed?

Thank you of your question and I am sorry to hear of your seroma issues.  If your chronic seroma resulted in a pseduocapsule formation, the only treatment is surgical removal with recurrent drain placement.  If you are not satisfied with your surgeon's recommendation, best to seek a second opinion. Liposuction is not commonly used to treat seroma after a tummy tuck. That said your surgeon may have had some specific ideas or plans. I would discuss the matter with them.It is imperative that you seek the advice of a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has extensive experience in tummy tuck/abdominoplasty. If there is a long-standing pseudo bursa, sclerosing may be an option, otherwise, if it is causing a problem, excision can be done.

If you indeed have a true seroma cavity that is not resolving and you are not getting the answers you need from your surgeon, I would seek out a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in this procedure.
