Which is better to use - arnica gel, cream or the ointment? I am having a TT and BBL.

Thank you for your question.  I would recommend the use of both oral and topical arnica for best results.  The topical use would need to be delayed until your surgeon clears its use, but it should assist your recovery.  Hope this helps.

To be honest, I prefer oral Arnica after my surgical procedures. I feel that it is the most effective that way. As far as the gel, ointment or cream, either is fine. I would discuss the matter with your surgeon and follow their recommendation.It is imperative that you seek the advice of a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has extensive experience in tummy tuck/abdominoplasty.
