What procedures can make my eyes look more masculine?

I have a high and arched brow which gives my eyes a slightly feminine appearance. What are the procedures, both permanent and semi permanent, to make my eyes look more masculine? Are there orbital rim implants available for this purpose?

Thank you for your question and photo. A great option to lower a high arched brow is to give Botox to the forehead muscles. This will, in my experience, reliably lower and masculinize the brow. While this needs to be repeated every 4 months or so, it is a non-invasive reliable solution.

Not sure about your upper eyelids and brows as they look good. Having more elevated lower eyelids with slightly positive canthal tilt can be considered more masculine. Best to see an expert oculoplastic surgeon to determine what is best for you.

You are referring to brow bone augmentation. (supraorbital rim implants) The key question there is whether such brow bone implants can satisfactorily drive the eyebrows down somewhat. That can certainly make the brow bones more prominent and defined but driving down the eyebrows is not easily achieved.
