Dissolvable stitches were very tight and caused a crease underneath the incision line. Is this permanent? (Photos)

I got a blepharoplasty done 2 weeks ago. 5 days after my surgery, my incision on my right eye came open and I had to go back to the doctor to get it restitched. He put in 2 external dissolvable sutures and 1 internal. Right after, I noticed that the sutures were tight and caused a crease to form under the incision line. I thought the crease would resolve when the sutures dissolved, but the crease still hasn't went away. It affects how my eye looks when it's open. Is this permanent?
