Over the years I've noticed that the sides of my head give off a peanut shape. What would be the best option to make it look full that's cost effective and long lasting?

Answer: Sculptra for temple volume loss I think filler is a better treatment option. My preferred filler for the temples is Sculptra Aesthetic. Results can last up 2.5 years although should be maintained with yearly treatments.
