I want to get rid of black horizontal line from my nose. (Photo)

Actually i was anaemic during my teenage time..n i have a habit of wearing spectacles ...n im having this black horizontal line across my nose...it makes me insecure about my looks...so how can i get rid of this black line from my nose..please suggest.
