Thanks for your question. I think fillers or fat transfer can definitely address some of your cosmetic goals. Fillers can camouflage or add to your facial structure, but they cannot reduce your normal anatomy (with regard to your chin concerns).  Warm regards.

In the one photo that you posted it appears to be more prominent on the left. You may want to consider a CT scan to determine if this is an osteoma.
