I’m looking for a more rounded look. Would I need a BBL to reshape? Or, would lipo take care of it?

If you are happy with everything else and just want that roll/shelf above you buttocks removed, you will likely need liposuction and possible skin excision. You could lipo first and see if you are happy and then excise any loose skin later if you are not. Likely lipo will improve this but not correct 100%.

It is not likely just liposuction would resolve this issue. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
