I am having a breast lift. PS told me that in order to avoid having the bottom of my breasts "flat" instead of rounded, incisions will go thru my areola and then bring skin together. He told me that result may be that see some areola tissue along resulting scar. I have seen many photos of women who had large areolas prior to surgery and have not seen one post-op picture where there was remaining areola skin around resulting scar. I am very nervous and confused.
