I want a revision lip lift & revision rhinoplasty, which surgery should I have 1st & how long before I have the other surgery?

Hi.I'm26&I had a rhinoplasty 4medical reason N 2013.The result is not great at all but my DR agreed to perform a revision rhinoplasty out of charge.8months aftr my rhino I had a lip lift..&OMG it's been a nightmare since. Im scheduled2 have revision liplift to treat the problem that had been causing my nose to produce puss. My 1st Q is in the title.2-is waiting 2-3 weeks in between surgeries is enough? 3-would u recommend that I have another liplift when I'm still suffering from the 1st liplift?
