How can I improve the area around my eyes?

I am not happy with the way my eyes look but I'm unsure about what feature is making me dislike it. What I can see is that I have slightly downturned eyes, under-eye bags, and a high brow that makes my eyes appear less deeply set and masculine.

If the negative canthal tilt shape of your eyes is what is bothering you, then it is possible to make eyes more almond shaped. It requires raising the lower lids and canthus.

Interesting question. I think your eyes and eyelid area look to be youthful, with good skin and a nice, well-positioned crease. You mentioned two things for which I could offer suggestions—the first is the under eye bags, and the second is that you feel the eyes are “masculine.” For the former issue, a fine hyaluronic acid filler (Restylane Silk) might be quite nice to smooth and soften the look of the lower eye region. For the latter, I actually think that some eyebrow shaping may help. A masculine brow sits at the brow bone, similar to yours, whereas a more feminine brow will sit slightly above and with more of an arch.

These are suggestions to fine tune your appearance because otherwise you are just fine :)

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photographs. Overall, your eyes look great. I think a shot of Botox between the eyebrows and some Restylane under the eyes would brighten your appearance. I hope this helps.

As we can see in your pictures you need more volume in your lower eyelids. We have a temporally option which is a dermalfillers injection, Hyaluronic Acid, but also we can go for a fat grafting in that area, harvesting the fat from any possible area of your body. The first of the options will take 5 minutes to be done. The second option like 30 minutes.

Thank you for your question.  I do not see crow's feet or wrinkles or the 11s between your brows thus I am uncertain what Botox could achieve.  Botox in the lateral crow's feet area can lift the brow perhaps 6 mm but I do not think that will remove the hooding of your upper eyelids.  An upper blepharoplasty can remove excess skin and deepen the fold above your eyelashes of the upper eyelid.  A transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with arcus marginalis release and fat grafting can remove the puffiness and dark circle under the eye.

The only imperfection that I notice that is worth trying to fix, is your under-eye area.  This can be done with either volbella or restylane.
