It is difficult to fully evaluate someone's nose just by limited photographs. At three weeks post-rhinoplasty, swelling of the soft tissue can certainly be a temporary source of asymmetry. It takes time for the initial swelling to diminish (usually 3-6 months) and the final results won't be apparent for up to a year. Continue communicating with your plastic surgeon and let him or her know of any changes you notice. If you are still unhappy after a year, you and your plastic surgeon may decide to discuss a revision.

The key is that it is early. Certainly we would like to see everything straight and looking well, however at this point things will simply need to heal longer to know if a next step is needed.
After a rhinoplasty it can take several months for the swelling to subside and you may not realize the final shape of your nose for up to 12 months. It is too soon in your convalescence to determine the final shape of your nose. Give the swelling time to evolve.
Although there is some asymmetry in the tip and alar margins, this could be from normal post operative edema. Don't be too concerned about this now, and follow up with your surgeon at timely intervals every 3 months or so. Final results could take 1 year or more to be evident.

It's usually from your breathing tube or could be from your nasal surgery with some minor swelling and bruising that's extending down into the upper lip. I would wait. Should heal without permanent sequelae.
