I have a pretty small figure, I eat healthy, and I'm a very active person, but for many years I have been struggling with excess fat under my chin and neck area. it seems like I can lose fat everywhere else except there. for that reason, I was wondering which treatment would be best for me. Is there a difference between neck and chin liposuction? I want to have a more defined jawline. The fat in my face seems to go around from the back side of my cheeks to under my jaw line and neck. please help

Thanks for your question. I would contact your surgeon and see them with your garment to troubleshoot this issue. A crease can be a bad intermediate term problem depending on location, and the risks of this may outweigh the benefits of the compression at this point....
