Creasing compression garment after chin lipo, should I just take it off?

I had chin lipo a week ago , I'm wearing my compression garment & wastold not to let it crease or wrinkle..... but it does, I can't help it , I try to sleep with my chin & neck back but I wake up & it's creased, I look down constantly at work & then on my smartphone at home, there is no way to keep the garnet from creasing! Will this cause uneven or wrinkled contouring after I heal? Should I just not wear it?

It is safe to have chin liposuction after fillers. The fillers were likely placed above the level of the jaw and therefore, they would not be affected by the liposuction procedure. In some cases, fillers can resorb in at little as 6 months. If you feel that you are lacking chin projection,...

My opinion based on your pictures the best result with the most minimum down time would be laser liposuction. CoolSculpting won't give you a 25% Improvement out of six treatments. Laser liposuction with one week off and your back dancing.Best Regards,Dr Gartner
