Creasing compression garment after chin lipo, should I just take it off?

I had chin lipo a week ago , I'm wearing my compression garment & wastold not to let it crease or wrinkle..... but it does, I can't help it , I try to sleep with my chin & neck back but I wake up & it's creased, I look down constantly at work & then on my smartphone at home, there is no way to keep the garnet from creasing! Will this cause uneven or wrinkled contouring after I heal? Should I just not wear it?

I recommend following up with your Doctor about your compression garment and if necessary, get fitted for one that would work better. To speed up healing, you can try adding venus legacy or exilis radiofrequency treatments. To improve final results, we will often do a kybella and ultherapy about 4-6 weeks after neck liposuction to get more of an outcome. but it seems like you really were more of a neck lift candidate to begin.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for your question.  I would contact your surgeon and see them with your garment to troubleshoot this issue.  A crease can be a bad intermediate term problem depending on location, and the risks of this may outweigh the benefits of the compression at this point.  Good luck!
