Any surgery has risks associated with it. General anesthesia increases these risks. Elective aesthetic procedures are appropriate to do when the Pro's outweigh the Con's. I suggest you meet with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who operates an an accredited facility with Board Certified Anesthesiologists. You are still very fresh from surgery. I recommend that you follow up closely with your surgeon, compress and start massaging the surgical area to help breast up scar tissue. Patients should wait about 6 months before considering any type of revision. I wish you well!
At 3 months it is hard to know without a physical exam if what you are experiencing is breast tissue, swelling or scar formation. You need to wait about 3 more months to see your final result. If you are still not happy you need to have a discussion with your surgeon. Good luck.
