Answer: Underam Fat You can liposuction this area as well. But if there is significant excess skin and fat then yes extending the transverse incision under the arms can help. I would go over these options with your PS

Answer: No The underarm fat could be removed just with liposuction of the arms. The fatty tissue at the side of the breasts can be liposuculpted out and that would be done at the same time . That is called the axilla and the pre pectoral fat. I lipo that all the time with my breast surgeries. Look for a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!Andrew Cohen, MD

At some point one has to accept that it stops being a breast reduction and becomes a lateral chest wall excision.A photograph of what you are asking about would be helpful to be sure we are answering your question correctly.
