Considering BBL Round 2. Would I have enough fat to get that real curvy look? (photos)

Question

So I am 8 months post op and I cannot say that I love my results. I am considering a second round because I am unhappy with projection and overall shape. I mentioned to my surgeon I wanted my hip dips gone. But it seems like he did not put any fat into my hips. I have always loved the curvy look but never had any real curves. In addition, this time around I would lipo my arms, inner thighs and upper back. Would I have enough fat to get that real curvy look?

This is a common dilemma for many post BBL patients. They feel as though they did not get the projection they wanted or were promised from BBL,  Hence they are now considering going back for a second round. The real question is, why would you repeat the exact same thing again if it did not work the first time?   Only buttock/hip implants can provide relatively safe,  predictable, permanent and stable long term results for buttock/hip enhancement. The photos presented do not show enough of your body to determine the amount of fat available for harvest. You didn't provide us with any height or weight data. 
However, from your photos, it appears that you will have sufficient fat to harvest, but an in-person examination is required. 
Seek evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon.

I see no reason you could not have a second BBL. Sometimes it's difficult to make something much much bigger than what you were born with.Have a thorough discussion with your provider about your specific goals. Your wish drawings may not be achievable especially the curvature of your back. What you have drawn goes well into your chest cavity. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.

You are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat.
