I don’t understand why my BBL looks like a chicken butt at the bottom, what can I do to fix the shape?

There are many factors in a BBL that can be corrected. When we look at the harvest donor site, we often see large scars that are dark or raised. These can be improved with our pigmentation protocols. In terms of the BBL itself, we have found it useful to either add more fat, remove and sculpt fat, recontour the buttocks, or remove fat necrosis lumps. In some cases, the indentations seen require a combination of Venus Legacy, Exilis, or Brazilian Cellulite Treatments to remove the indentation.

You are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique.
