2 months post op, how can I correct this dent after BBL? (photos)

This is a common dilemma for many post BBL patients. They feel as though they did not get the projection, especially in the mid and lower buttock, they wanted or were promised from BBL. It just does not seem to survive well in these two particular areas...and can appear as a dent. Hence they are now considering going back for a second round. The real question is, why would you repeat the exact same thing again if it did not work the first time?   Only buttock/hip implants can provide relatively safe,  predictable, permanent and stable long term results for buttock/hip enhancement. Glad to help.  And by the way, there is absolutely no scientific peer reviewed journal published BBL research showing any particular method of fat harvest and/or preparation and/or injection that produces ultimate results anywhere close to 80+% long term survival. 

There are many factors in a BBL that can be corrected. When we look at the harvest donor site, we often see large scars that are dark or raised. These can be improved with our pigmentation protocols. In terms of the BBL itself, we have found it useful to either add more fat, remove and sculpt fat, recontour the buttocks, or remove fat necrosis lumps. In some cases, the indentations seen require a combination of Venus Legacy, Exilis, or Brazilian Cellulite Treatments to remove the indentation.

This is likely an area of poor fat take and is unlikely to improve without another procedure. I would recommend a limited fat harvest and focal grafting. This can usually be done under local and should improve the area.Best wishes.
