I am 5 weeks post op and have a large "droopy" section of fat on my left cheek and the right on isn't much better. When is the soonest I can get a revision?

Hello, thank you for your question. Too early to judge on the final result, you are still at the healing stage. This will take two or three months to settle, wait until then to determine if you want to consider a revision.

There are many factors in a BBL that can be corrected. When we look at the harvest donor site, we often see large scars that are dark or raised. These can be improved with our pigmentation protocols. In terms of the BBL itself, we have found it useful to either add more fat, remove and sculpt fat, recontour the buttocks, or remove fat necrosis lumps. In some cases, the indentations seen require a combination of Venus Legacy, Exilis, or Brazilian Cellulite Treatments to remove the indentation.

Hi. Thanks for posting your pictures. For a revision of your actual results in my opinion you should wait a year to allow the transfered fat to fully integrate the receptro area, and then work again harvesting fat from the fat desposits I can see in your body contour.It seems  to me that you also have a gluteous implant, if it is so in my opinion you should get a sonography or a  tomography (CAT scan) to see if there is any liquid collection.International Member of the American Society of  Plastic Surgeons

Hello,You are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
