Thank you for your question. yes, you can take fat from your neck and chin. Usually fat is taken from lower and upper abdomen and flanks. I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you would be a good candidate. Best of luck!Dhaval M. Donor sites are typically the waistline areas but you can certainly take from your neck / chin region as well.Best
Fat can be harvested from multiple areas including the neck for BBL. In general, it includes liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and arms.
Thank you for your question. Neck liposuction can be performed, however it's highly unlikely that you will be able to have enough fat taken from your chin to put into your buttocks and give you the result you desire. I recommend you consult with several plastic surgeons in your area who can discuss chin liposuction and BBL with you.Best,Dr. Dan KrochmalMAE Plastic SurgeryNorthbrook, IL
Although I am not a believer that a particular quantity of fat is needed to make a noticeable improvement in the buttocks contour, most people will not have anywhere near the amount of fat needed for BBL in their neck alone. Fat suctioned during neck liposuction is usually in the 10s of cc's while quantities used in BBL are in the 100s of cc's.
Thank you for your question but this question should be directed towards your surgeon, as he/she is in charge of your care. I recommend about 10-12 massages after surgery (2-3 per week). This can be combined with ultrasound and radiofrequency therapy to modulate the post-operative inflammation.
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for y...

I would contact your surgeon's office to discuss your concerns. Congratulations on your recent surgery.
The safest type of surgery is a conservative, superficial liposuction and superficial transfer procedure performed by an expert in a healthy patient with no medical problems or previous surgeries.
