I've always dreamed of a big round butt. My problem is that I have skinny thighs and I don't want to end up having a dysmorphic butt like Kim kardashians. I don't want fat or muscular thighs but I don't want to look disproportionate either.  Here's a picture of me and what I do and don't want. My thigh looks a lot thinner in person

Hi Coffebeans,Thank you for your pictures and questions.  A BBL is really a catch phrase for lipocontouring and fat transfer to the buttock/thighs.  If you look on the internet, you will find extremes and honestly some times scary results.  I would recommend you discuss your expectations with a plastic surgeon who is familiar with the various options for body contouring.  Most surgeons want to achieve a result that fits your body and desires.  In fact, most surgeons avoid the extremes, keeping the surgery safe and your result reasonable.Hope that helps.Best,Dr. B
