I recently got lip injections about 3 threes ago using princess valium . I'm worried they are botched!! I'm so upset! I need help, I don't know if this is normal or I should get them fixed immediately. Also how much does it cost to fix bad lip injections. I'm freaking out, don't get me wrong my lips looks great when I'm not talking but when I talk I have two very visible bumps my lip
Answer: Hello I need help ASAP!!! I got lip injections! Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. In the first 2-3 weeks after filler placement you may see some small lumps and bumps from the filler material that will eventually absorbs water and smooth out. I know waiting is difficult but allow your results more time to mature. If after three weeks you have seen little improvement, have your injector dissolve the filler material. Best wishes.

Answer: Wait a bit and if not happy can have them reversed Thanks for sharing the pics. I didnt see any before pics so i must so i dont know what your lips looked like before the injections. I see some swelling but I honestly do not think your lips look that bad. I would strongly recommend waiting several weeks before doing anything. I am not familiar with " princess valium" filler . However almost all fillers used on the lips are Hyaluronic Acid products that can be reversed Hyaluronidase. There is usually an extra cost to use the Hyaluronidase. If after waiting a few weeks still are unhappy then return to the doctor / surgeon who put the filler in and discuss having the product removed. Best, Dr Wright.

Answer: Bumps after Lip Augmentation Thank you for your question. It can take up to 2 weeks for all swelling and bumps to resolve after lip injections. You can gently massage the bumps to help smooth them out. If after 2 weeks if the bumps are still present or you are unhappy with results you can have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase. I recommend having a follow up with your injector in 2 weeks for an evaluation. Best of Luck!

Answer: Lip bumps after lip augmentation Some patients can develop temporary swellings and "bumps" immediately after lip augmentation. These usually resolve in 10-14 days and we suggest gentle massage to soften such bumps. If they still persist, such bumps could be potentially dissolved with a special enzyme, hyaluronidase if your doctor used one of the standard hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm or Restylane or Belotero). Typically your treating physician should not charge you for dissolving such bumps, but of course, if you wanted to see another physician for such a consultation, additional fees could be involved. Best of luck!

Answer: Easy fix lip injection It takes about 2 weeks for the product to settle in your lips. If you are still experiencing bumps in your lips it is an easy fix with some hyaluronidase. You may also try to massage the area and that alone may solve the problem. Try not to worry and return to your injector to discuss your concerns.
