Swelling behind lip (inside mouth) after Juvederm injection just below lower lip corner. Should I be concerned? (Photo)

Being that your treatment was nine days prior, you are most likely experiencing product that is not in the proper place.  Your injector should be able to remedy this easily by dissolving the pockets of filler with a small amount of hyaluronidase.  See below link for further information

In your picture it looks like the Juvederm may have migrated too close to the surface of the lip. This can occur when your mouth muscles move, pushing it toward the top.  This is making a pocket of filler right under the mucosal surface, which is what you are seeing. You can see your dermatologist and possibly receive and injection to dissolve the filler that is visible.

Swelling is normal after lip fillers. If this was placed in the corner, it can swell in the inside of the lip. This shouldn't be of any concern.
