How to better ease side effects of BA? Excessively oily but flaky face, severe pit/side swelling, jolts of pain. (photo)

SX nov 13th. Armpit incisions 400cc gel high pro round sub muscular. The pain was about 8-9 first couple days. At this point what bugs me the most is the side effects. If I extend my arms out, jolts of pain shoot from pit to elbow. Doc said it's nerve irritation & will go away "eventually". under my pits, on side of implants are so swollen I can't put arms down & is insanely uncomfortable. especially at night. What can I do to help cut the severity of these? I'd like to hear others opinions.
