3 weeks after Rhinoplasty, what precautions should I take when washing my face?

I'm 3 weeks out from my rhinoplasty and I'm wondering what I should and shouldn't do when I'm washing my face? Should I use cold warm, or hot water or not press too much on my nose?

At one week after a rhinoplasty all noses are extremely swollen, in particular in the tip area. There can also be asymmetries in the swelling that with time will settle and things will look symmetrical. At this stage try not to analyse the nose too much. Wait for the swelling to go down...
