Blackheads and dead skin on the side of the nose after tip and alar trimming. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello, Thank you for your question. Every Board Certified Plastic Surgeon has their own protocol. I'd recommend speaking with your surgeon directly for their recommendations. All the best. 

I would ask your doctor directly. I personally never recommend any sort of extractions until six weeks from surgery. They may have different recommendations though. By dealing with the pores it will not alter the scar healing. Best of luck
