had a tip&alar trimming done 2 weeks ago. had my inner stitches removed he told me i have to have my nose cleaned by a professional cos of the pores that are blocking the skin to completely heal the scars from the side of my nose without seeing "holes" when the time comes. So what are the inhome ways that I can do to clean my nose and remove dead skin and blackheads so i wouldn't have to go to some face spas?

I would ask your doctor directly. I personally never recommend any sort of extractions until six weeks from surgery. They may have different recommendations though. By dealing with the pores it will not alter the scar healing. Best of luck
