This is completely normal and I am upset that your provider didn't discuss the post operative phase with you and what to expect.  These "microscabs" will exfoliate over the next week, you should be doing wound care and helping these scabs fall off by doing enzymatic exfoliation and healing masks.  Thats how we do it in our practice, along with heliocare and sun protection.  I suggest speaking to your provider for the long term treatment plan and skin care.  Otherwise, the results look good however it appears they didn't treat higher than your check --- was the under eye/eye missed?  Best, Dr. Emer.

hey. It looks normal to me and infact good results. I am not sure from where the fact arises that viva redness and scabbing disappear in few hours. The post effects are proportional to the parameters used and in your case it looks fine. Give it a few days. Use sunscreen and makeup. It will be fine.Since it is your first treatment you are worried.
