It is very red from the Venus Viva treatment. I wasn't made aware that there could be any serious side effects or many days down time so I'm not very happy, and very uncomfortable. Can you tell me what has happened and how to remedy this? Thanks

Dear patient, swelling and edema is common after venus viva treatments in the facial area. I suggest that you call your dermatologist and ask about taking an oral anti-inflammatory such as Advil. Oral Arnica and cool compresses also help. Please make sure that you sleep with a couple of pillows...
