I am sorry that you are having to deal with those issues , it is hard to tell exactly what the issue is based on the singular picture provided , but when you consult with your surgeon in person they will likely assess you to see if you require a brow lift ( the fact that you mentioned that you are having uneven brows), or a blepharoplasty or even both. The photo presented is rather limited, but it appears that you have a lower eyebrow on your right side, creating more fullness in the right upper lid than in the left upper lid.
