Noticing as of last year an assymmetry in my eyes, specifically when I smile: My left eye looks smaller and “squintier.” There is also significant wrinkling on the side. I can’t tell if this is excess lid skin on the upper lid or something going on with the lower lid or the musculature.

With this level of skin folds, non invasive treatments are unlikely to work I'm afraid. I'd recommend a review with an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss options.
