Uneven brows and different eye sizes (photo)

Why is one of my brows noticeably flat and lower than the other? I have my brows micro bladed and even before that one was always slightly uneven. its gotten dramatically worse. I also notice that one of my eyes looks smaller in a lot of my pictures. What would corrrct this other than injections? Looking for long term low maintenance solutions.
