The only way to address the extra skin is to perform an upper blepharoplasty. This is a surgery where we remove the extra skin (and sometimes fat) with an incision in the eyelid crease. It is important to remember that everyone is asymmetric, and the goal would be to improve the upper eyelid contour, not remove ALL of the folds altogether. Hope this helps!

With this level of skin folds, non invasive treatments are unlikely to work I'm afraid. I'd recommend a review with an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss options.
