Im getting older and things are started to get serious im 21 now and id appreciate any advice or if you doctors believe theres a solution for me because ive grown with this condition but i dont want to be this condition anymore. Before its too late im developing a "lazy eye" due to muscle weakness on my eye of affected side. Please help

The issue is not your eyebrow but rather a droopy right upper eyelid (ptosis) which forces your right eyebrow to work harder to assist in lifting the droopy eyelid. The treatment would be right upper eyelid ptosis surgery. See an oculoplastic surgeon.
