Will hair transplant affect the fertility problem in males?

I had this question when there was a post stating that there would be erectile dysfunctions and fertility issues because of the post operative medicines or antibiotics which are recommended by the physicians. Is it true.

Hair transplant surgery will not affect your partners fertility. Some medications may cause erectile dysfunction but it should not affect fertility in general.  If you are concerned discuss these issues with your doctor.

An HT will have no effect on fertility or sexual function.However,Finasteride (Propecia) is often recommended in conjunction with HT and that can have sexual side effects in 1-2% of men using the medication.
