I had FUT trichophytic surgery two months back approx 4100 grafts. My recipient area looks better but I am concerned about my donor area having patches around surgery

It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

Anytime you have a donor strip harvested for FUT there will be a scar and it will likely be visible if you shave your head. 
Some of the patchy areas around the scar may improve with time and the inflammation from the scar healing improves. 
Scalp micro pigmentation is a good option for improving the appearance of these scars with shorter hair styles.

This is indeed a very wide scar from a single surgery. This happens for many reasons. First it seems that the scar is low and possibly might have been made including the nape of the neck. That alone can produce a large scar. If the wound was tense during the closure because your scalp was too tight and the surgeon pulled the tight edges together, that too could cause a wide scar.  There are other technical and genetic factors that cause wide scarring, some of them not the surgeons fault. The treatment would depend on where the scar was in relationship to the neck.  If it was in the neck area, then a scar reduction would not work. If it was in the scalp area and not the nape of the neck, it is possibly that a scar revision might help reduce the scar. One reliable way to camouflage the scar is with Sclap MicroPigmentation
