Can chemical peels cause indentations in your skin, your face?

Hi, I have acne prone olive skin. Years ago I did a series of 6 jessner lined w/TCA peels. After, I did notice some skin colored indentions. I have since had 1 VIpeel and 1 Rejuvenize peel. Now I notice way more dips in my skin. They happen to be where the acne was the worst. What could have caused this? The peels? Thank you in advance for your help!

I would suggest shaving a day or two prior to having a chemical peel.  If you shave just a few hours prior to a peel, the skin may be too raw and become excessively irritated.  If you do not shave have still have whiskers when you have the peel, the treatment may not be as effective in...
