Cheekbone implant or bone graft? I had regretful cheekbone reduction done in the past. (Photos)

Hi Doctors, I was wondering if it would be best to get custom cheek implants or would it be better to have an interpositional bone graft using illiac bone graft to widen the cheekbones back out? I have included my ct scan for your review.
