I’m curious if implants can fix the problem of a flat mid face. Looking for more defined mid face and forward projection as right now it is very weak. Is it possible to get implants that can be placed closer to the nose and tear troughs to increase forward projection. Worried that implants would make my face look wider and fatter than it already is so I would need the implants placed very forward and close to the nose and tear trough. Recommendation? I do not want fillers.
