Should I get cheek lipo or buccal fat removal?

I appreciate your concerns, however micro liposuction of the neck and jowl regions appear to be your best option. Buccal fat pad removal may be an option, however you do not want to drastically change the shape of your face, and this can sometimes occur with buccal fat pad removal. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to confirm my advice. Good luck.

Hopefully your plastic surgeon explained that you may develop hallowing or contour irregularities that can be very difficult and costly to correct. As for buccal fat pad excision, please make sure that she only removes a modest amount. Otherwise, as you age, you will look older than your age. I would counsel you to lose some overall weight before doing either of these procedures.
