Can liposuction make it easier to maintain my limb's shapes (especially thighs) when I was at my lowest weight?

Trustworthy2074
I had anorexia and was underweight, but recently gained it back. At my low weight I noticed a shrinkage of my problem areas (legs and arms) I'd like to reattain with liposuction or a similar procedure. I hope for permanent results and a reduction of at least a few inches (I know weight fluctuates, but I want to maintain at least the overall contour). I don't want these issues to occupy my mind anymore and reduce the risk of relapsing. I'm a mesomorph body type if relevant. Thanks for answering
