Can Ultrasound Therapy 1mhz and 3mhz reduce fat?

Can ultrasound machines that physical therapist use also reduce fat? If I use this to help with scar tissue in my abdomen will it also reduce fat?

with proper settings for Ultherapy there is no fat loss, if you improperly use this it can. large areas cannot be treated with ultrasound for fat loss, only mild skin tightening.  fat reduction non invasively needs Truesculpt or coolscultping.  Best, Dr. Emer.
