Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery. In your case, I would recommend changing to a smaller implant, suturing the lateral/outer portion of the pocket - capsulorrhaphy and opening up the center portion of the pocket - capsulotomy. breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Although you did not show nude photos, your breasts probably sit somewhat wide apart and that cannot be changed. I would suggest going back down in size to give a more natural look. what you have is large for your frame and does look round and fake.
