I went from 325cc to 450cc in order to get a better cleavage and first my implants were too small to create any significant results (left picture), and after my revision + fat graft (right) they are still too far apart and now look very fake and obvious. It’s hard for me as I like natural looks and this goes against my persona. My surgeon says there’s not much to be done to get what I want. Am I really stuck with this fake look forever or is there a way of having a more natural/closer look?
