Hello. I am a 37yo female that had a large cyst that developed almost 3 months ago on my left cheek. So, I had it drained during two separate procedures recently. In turn, it left me with an indented dimple. The derm was unable to do anything more for me and stated that she felt she would make it worse of she attempted to excise it. I have heard of possible dermal-fat graft, filler,etc. I'm just unsure of what I need to do at this point or who I should see. Thank you for your time

Yes, fat grafting would be a nice approach to fix this problem, more permanent than fillers. It may accentuated by aging, which is suggested by the wrinkled appearance of the skin adjacent. Some fractional or ablative laser to tighten the under eye area could help also.
