I’m 53 and am having a face lift with upper Blepharoplasty I want a full facelift so that I can get improvement of the nasolabial folds and marionettes, as well as tackling my neck and jowels. Once a year, I have filler in my nasolabial area. I am very undecided about adding a fat transfer to the procedure. I’m a perfectionist and worry about looking overfilled for months on end, and potentially disliking the results, which I understand are difficult to rectify, unlike fillers.
