I have this strange identation near my nose , thé appeared recently , i did have RF years back which cause identiqon and fat loss to other area , but this one is new and I haven’t had anything done .. what is it and how to have it filled back in ?

Yes, fat grafting would be a nice approach to fix this problem, more permanent than fillers.  It may accentuated by aging, which is suggested by the wrinkled appearance of the skin adjacent.  Some fractional or ablative laser to tighten the under eye area could help also.

I suggest working with fillers for the problem that you describe it. Killers will be far superior to grafting fat in the area.
