The areas where you wish to have fat transfer are rather tricky and need a high level of expertise and experience, both to get desired results as well as for safety. The things you describe could probably be accomplished using fillers. rathbun said he’s inherently different and grafting fat will not accomplish what fillers can. but Grafting fat is good for diffuse, overall volume but it’s not precise the way fillers are. In relationship to fillers fat is imprecise unpredictable and unforgiving.
I suggest you find someone who’s very good at working with fillers and stick with those.
