Fat transfer to fill nose, laugh lines & pick up jowls (any experts in Texas)? (Photo)

Hello! I'm looking for facial fat rejuvenation to fill in laugh lines & pick up jowls. I also need mircofat added to my nose after a "surgeon" in Turkey completely destroyed my nose material (surgically removed all septal to replace with rib), shape & removed nearly the entire fat layer. I'm curious if there are any facial fat transfer experts here in the TX area? If photos/video are not visible, I can post here. Thank you!
