Fat/volume loss after Ultherapy. What can be done to fix this? (Photo)

Question

Had 1 Ultherapy session in May 2022 for jowls /, and within 6 months noticed a huge fat/volume loss under my chin making me look much older. Until then my "under chin" area was smooth without fat excess. it looks horrible! It has made me so depressed! What can be done to "fix" this? I'm trying to avoid plastic surgery for now. I'm 49 yeard old.

Nice posted photos. Unfortunately these non invasive therapies, especially Ultherapy!, has these type of results over 40+% of the time.... Only full open neck face lift can improve the appearances. Fee from $12,000+. Best to virtual consult with....
